Part of the on going estate agent design and refurbishment programme FIVE are carrying out on the Franklyn James residential branches is the newly opened Blackheath office. Formally a tired betting shop, the FIVE team have worked their magic creating a stunning new branch that fits in with the traditional street scene with touches of modern design. The design follows a particular theme across all of the refurbished branches, including Docklands, Canary Wharf and Bow. Blackheath has received key elements of this theme including bespoke LED linear lighting and a welcoming client zone with relaxing sofas & armchairs. Proving to be a huge success, Blackheath will serve as part of Franklyn James growth within the residential property market.
